Introduce an ordinance to amend Title 2, Chapter 2.76 and Title 9, Chapter 9.08 of the Clark County Code by deleting them in their entirety and adopting a new Chapter 2.76 to consolidate and reorganize the duties and functions of the Department of Environment and Sustainability into one chapter, delete obsolete language, and make related updates, corrections, and clarifications; amend Title 30, Chapter 30.04, Section 30.04.07 to update references; and providing for other matters properly related thereto; and set a public hearing. (For possible action)
