Accept or reject the final bid amounts received during the auction of ±129.91 acres of vacant Clark County owned real property consisting of twenty (20) individual sale units that was conducted January 29 - 31, 2024; approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Resolutions of Acceptance and Sale of Real Property for the applicable sale units; and authorize the Acting Director of Real Property Management or designee to sign any other necessary documents to complete the transactions. (For possible action)
