Ratify and authorize the utilization of State of Minnesota and NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Procurement Program Master Agreement No. 23026, as amended by the State of Nevada Cooperative Contract No. 99SWC-NV24-20046 for Computer Equipment, Peripherals and Related Services, awarded to Dell Marketing L.P., for CBE No. 606972-24; and authorize staff to issue purchase orders, subject to approved budget appropriations; or take other action as appropriate.
