Approve and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign a non-exclusive Grant of Easement to the Clark County Water Reclamation District (District) for the construction and maintenance of a new, twenty (20) inch force main as part of Project 19100 Whitney Lift Station Rehabilitation located on Assessor's Parcel Number 161-26-396-002; approve and authorize the District to accept the grant of easement.
