Conduct a public hearing and approve, adopt and authorize the chair to sign an ordinance to amend Clark County Air Quality Regulation Section 0, "Definitions," to remove, revise, and add definitions; amend Section 12.0, "Applicability and General Requirements for Permitting Stationary Sources," to add clarifying language and include new requirements for certain stationary sources in ozone nonattainment areas subject to the State Implementation Plan and stationary source permitting; and providing for other matters properly related thereto; authorize the Director to compile and submit the approved ordinance and all related documentation, including the Technical Support Document for Sections 0, 12.0, 12.1, and 12.11, to the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection for U.S. Environmental Protection Agency approval into the Nevada State Implementation Plan.
