Conduct a Public Hearing to receive and discuss the FY2025-2029 HUD Citizen Participation Plan (CPP); approve and authorize implementation of the CPP; and authorize the Community Housing Administrator, or her designee, to submit the CPP to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and take any other actions necessarily related thereto.
