Approve and authorize the reallocation of an additional $373,325 in FY2020-2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth (NPHY) for the NPHY Outreach, Volunteer, And Operations (OVO) Center, which will bring the total allocation to $2,354,600; and approve and authorize the County Manager, or his designee, to sign the Amendment to the Resolution, which incorporates the additional funds and any revisions to the scope of work.
