Discuss the creation of an ordinance to establish a 9-1-1 Advisory Committee that consists of members representing the County's Public Safety Answering Points that will subsequently draft its bylaws, develop a plan to enhance the emergency reporting telephone system, and oversee any related surchage to include its implementaion; and direct staff accordingly.
