Approve and authorize the Chair to sign an interlocal contract between Clark County and the State of Nevada Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Care Financing and Policy for continuance of a reimbursement program for ground ambulance transportation services in accordance with the State of Nevada Medicaid State Plan; or take other action as appropriate.
