Conduct a public hearing; approve and authorize the acquisition by eminent domain a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 176-22-801-003 (James Richard Choate and Diane De Mond), needed as right-of-way for construction of the Blue Diamond Railroad Channel project between Blue Diamond Road and Rainbow Boulevard; and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign documents necessary to complete the condemnation process.
