Introduce an ordinance to create Clark County Air Quality Regulations Section 120, "Reasonably Available Control Technology Demonstration and Determination Requirements for Major Stationary Sources of Ozone in Nonattainment Areas," to regulate major sources that may cause or contribute to emissions of volatile organic compounds or nitrogen oxides within the 2015 ozone nonattainment boundary by implementing requirements to submit major source reasonably available control technology demonstrations; and providing for other matters properly related thereto; and set a public hearing. (For possible action)
