Accept or reject the final bid amounts received during the auction of ±93.51 acres of vacant Clark County owned real property consisting of twelve (12) individual sale units that was conducted October 21, 2024 - October 23, 2024; approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Resolutions of Acceptance and Sale of Real Property for the applicable sale units; and authorize the Director of Real Property Management or designee to sign any other necessary documents to complete the transactions.
