Conduct a public hearing; and approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Clark County and the District Attorney Investigators Association (DAIA), effective July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025; and extend the same salary and benefit changes to non-union employees not covered by the DAIA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
