Authorize the Acting Director of Real Property Management or their designee to execute the Agreement between Green Chips dba ImpactNV and Clark County (County) where ImpactNV shall provide trees to be planted by the County at mutually approved locations throughout the County; and sign any other related documents to complete the transaction.
