Accept the donation, on loan, of 24 flatbed trailers from Global Experience Specialists, Inc. (GES) to the Clark County Department of Public Works with an estimated value of $6,930; and authorize the Director of Clark County Public Works to sign an in-kind donation agreement with GES acknowledging the donation and its purpose.
