Accept a grant of permanent easement from Mandalay Propco, LLC (David A. Kiekse, Treasurer) upon Assessor's Parcel Number 162-29-710-002 for the maintenance of bollard improvements as part of the Las Vegas Boulevard between Russell Road and Tropicana Avenue (Phase C & D) project; and approve and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign the grant of easement to complete the transaction.
