Accept grants of permanent easements for traffic improvements, bollard improvements and pedestrian access purposes from MGP Lessor, LLC (Samantha Gallagher, Secretary) upon multiple parcels along Las Vegas Boulevard between Mandalay Bay Road and Tropicana Avenue; and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign the permanent easements to complete the transactions. (For possible action)
