Approve the award of Bid No. 607149-24, for Traffic Signal and Roadway Improvements at Jones Boulevard and Pyle Avenue, Starr Hill Avenue, Cactus Avenue and Torrey Pines Drive/Pedestrian Flasher Improvements at Dean Martin Drive and Southern Highlands Parkway to the low responsive and responsible bidder, contingent upon submission of the required bonds and insurance.
