Conduct a public hearing; approve, adopt, and authorize the "2015 Ozone NAAQS Attainment Plan for the Las Vegas Valley Moderate Nonattainment Area: Clark County, NV," and authorize the Director or her designee to submit the plan, including any relevant public comments, to the State of Nevada for submission to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for review and approval as a revision to the Nevada State Implementation Plan.
