Introduce an ordinance to amend Clark County Air Quality Regulation Section 0, "Definitions," to remove, revise and add definitions; amend Section 12.0, "Applicability and General Requirements for Permitting Stationary Sources," to add clarifying language and include new requirements for certain stationary sources in ozone nonattainment areas subject to the State Implementation Plan and stationary source permitting; and provide for other matters properly related thereto; and set a public hearing. (For possible action)
