Approve and authorize the Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign lease rate agreements, applications, and send security deposits as needed for accommodations in Carson City, Nevada for the upcoming 2025 Legislative Session from January 2, 2025 to June 30, 2025, for rental of up to five (5) units and complete any other documents as necessary to complete the transaction and management of the rental agreements. (For possible action)
