Conduct a public hearing and approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign an ordinance to amend Title 2 of the Clark County Code Chapter 2.68.060 to increase the hearing officer compensation rate to one-hundred and twenty dollars ($120) per hour; and providing for other matters properly relating thereto.
