Approve and authorize the Director of Public Works or his designee to sign all documents pertaining to the acquisition of rights-of-way from the Bureau of Land Management and any land use actions required upon federal lands for construction of Clark County Department of Public Works capital projects identified in the Clark County Fiscal Year 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program.
