Approve and authorize the submission of a grant application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the Rural Nevada Continuum of Care (CoC) Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Project, by Clark County Social Service (CCSS), in the amount of $92,741 and $23,185 in Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) cash match from Nevada Housing Division, to provide software and administration; and authorize the Deputy County Manager, or her designee, to accept any grant funds awarded.
