Approve and authorize the submission of a grant application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the Northern Nevada Continuum of Care (CoC) Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Project, by Clark County Social Service (CCSS), in the amount of $122,822 and $30,706 in Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) cash match from Nevada Housing Division to provide software and administration; and authorize the Deputy County Manager, or her designee, to accept any grant funds awarded.
