Approve and authorize the submission of a grant application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the Southern Nevada Continuum of Care (CoC) Planning Project, by Clark County Social Service (CCSS) and in the amount of $990,235, to provide planning activities toward implementation of the Homeless Emergency and Rapid Transition to Housing (HEARTH) Act of 2009; and authorize the Deputy County Manager, or her designee, to accept any grant funds awarded and continue funding one (1) Full Time Limited Perm Management Analyst II (C29) or equivalent position. (For possible action)
