Approve and ratify the acceptance of the grant award in the amount of $942,000 from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) under the FY24 Congressionally Directed Grant Spending to fund a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program within the Clark County Detention Center (CCDC) to support justice involved individuals suffering from Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) effective September 30, 2024 through September 29, 2025, and authorize the Administrator to sign grant documents related hereto.
