Introduce an ordinance to amend Clark County Code Title 8, Chapter 8.20 and Chapter 8.24 regarding the handling, transport, and delivery of liquor; adding a new section to provide for the licensure of liquor delivery support services; revising the exceptions for the off-premises delivery of alcohol by package liquor licensees to include liquor stores, grocery stores, and liquor delivery support services; adding a section to prohibit the employment of minors to sell or handle liquor; establishing operational requirements for the delivery of liquor to a consumer in certain areas by a grocery store, liquor store, or a liquor delivery support service; requiring work identification cards for any person employed by a liquor delivery support service; and providing for other matters properly related thereto; and set a public hearing.
