Approve and authorize the request for the Clark County Department of Real Property Management (RPM) to submit a nomination/application to NV Energy for the Community Based Solar Resources (CBSR) program to host a CBSR site to provide solar energy to fellow community members, including low-income residents, renters and small businesses; approve the Director of RPM or her designee to sign any other related documents to complete the transaction.
