Approve and authorize the Director of Real Property Management (Director) or her designee to sign a ±1,587 square foot Temporary Construction Easement on Assessor's Parcel Number 139-33-405-008 to City of Las Vegas to facilitate pedestrian improvements along Tonopah and Rancho; and authorize the Director to sign any other documents as necessary to complete the transaction.
