Approve and ratify the grant application in the amount of $500,000 submitted to the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation Safety and Justice Challenge for the period of January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2025; accept funding and authorize the Director to sign any additional grant documents related thereto and accept any funds awarded.
