Approve and authorize the Director of Real Property Management (Director) or her designee to sign the Lease Agreement (Lease) between Clark County and Quail Pine, LLC For ±6,514 square feet of office space located at 501 South Rancho Drive, Suites D-19/20, D-21 & D-22, Las Vegas, NV 89101 (Assessor's Parcel Number 139-32-710-022) for the Department of Social Service to operate the Step Up Program, Project Home and Extended Foster Care; and authorize the Director or her designee to sign any other necessary documents related to the management of the Lease. (For possible action)
