Conduct a public hearing; approve and authorize the Chair to sign a Resolution Approving the Lease between public agencies for Clark County Owned Real Property, to lease to the Board of Regents of Nevada System of Higher Education, on behalf of University of Nevada Cooperative Extension for ±1,262 square feet of land on a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 243-35-601-003 addressed as 200 Michael Wendell Way Searchlight, Nevada, known as the Searchlight Community Center, for the construction and operation of a community garden; and authorize the Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign the Interlocal Lease Agreement and any other documents necessary for the management of the Interlocal Lease Agreement.
