Approve, authorize, and ratify the Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign an Interlocal Lease Agreement between the City of Mesquite and Clark County for the lease of office space for the Mesquite Township Justice Court at the Mesquite Justice Facility, located at 500 Hillside Drive, Mesquite, Nevada 89027 (Assessor's Parcel Number 001-09-810-001); and sign any other documents necessary for the management of the Lease Agreement.
