Approve and authorize the submission of a grant application to the United States Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) in the amount of $7,767,870, from the Clark County Department of Social Service (CCSS), to administer the Ryan White Part A and Minority AIDS Initiative in the Las Vegas Transitional Grant Area - to provide services from March 1, 2025 through February 29, 2028 to eligible individuals with HIV/AIDS; authorize the continuation of six (6) grant-funded limited permanent positions: one (1) Assistant Manager (C31), one (1) Senior Management Analyst (C30), and four (4) Management Analysts II positions (C29) for the period for which grant funds are available; authorize the Director, or his designee, to sign any additional grant documents related there to, and accept funds awarded.
