Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Supplemental No. 2 to Interlocal Contract No. 3107 among Clark County, Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada, and City of Henderson to change the project scope and add Clark County as a participant in the Intersection and Safety Improvements Phase 1: Erie Avenue at Bermuda Road, Erie Avenue at Amigo Street, and Bermuda Road at Starr Avenue project.
