Approve and authorize the Deputy County Manager, or her designee, to accept the grant award from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the Southern Nevada Continuum of Care (CoC) Planning Project, by Clark County Social Service (CCSS), in the new amount of $821,550 (increased from $467,415) to provide planning activities toward implementation of the Homeless Emergency and Rapid Transition to Housing (HEARTH) Act of 2009.
