Ratify and approve the submission of the application to the State of Nevada, Department of Health and Human Services Fund for a Resilient Nevada, by Clark County Social Service, for funds to provide behavioral health treatment at currently operational non-congregate shelters; approve and authorize the execution of contracts with vendor(s) for services described in the proposed application; approve and authorize the Deputy County Manager, or her designee, to sign any relevant grant documents and accept any grant funds awarded; or take other action as appropriate.
