Conduct a public hearing; and approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Clark County Water Reclamation District and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), Local 1107, for both the Supervisory and Non-Supervisory Units, effective August 20, 2024 through June 30, 2026; and extend the same benefits and salary adjustments to non-union employees not covered by the Collective Bargaining Unit.
