Ratify and approve the submission of the application to the State of Nevada, Department of Health and Human Services Fund for a Resilient Nevada, by Clark County Department of Juvenile Justice Services, in the amount of $750,000, from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2028, to fund substance abuse and mental health assessments and treatment for youth; approve and authorize the execution of contracts with vendor(s) for services described in the proposed application; approve and authorize the Clark County Department of Juvenile Justice Services Director, or her designee, to sign any relevant grant documents and accept any grant funds awarded; or take other action as appropriate.
