Approve and authorize the use of Designated Defense Security Services, an established Clark County vendor, to provide for security guard services for Commercial Center located at 953 E Sahara Ave, 925 E Sahara Ave and 900 Liberace Ave; and authorize the creation of a security office at 900 Liberace Ave., Suite C-109, pay for needed tenant improvements and monthly operational expenses for security office space and authorize the Director of Operations to sign any necessary documents for establishing the security office or take other action as appropriate. (For possible action)
