Approve and authorize the Chair to sign a Telecommunications Franchise Agreement between Clark County and MCImetro Access Transmission Services LLC d/b/a Verizon Access Transmission Services to construct, operate and maintain a telecommunication system in certain unincorporated areas of Clark County for a term of ten years, with one five-year renewal option; and providing for other matters properly related thereto.
