Approve the award of Project 3087 Terminal 1 Elevator-Escalator Modifications (Project) and authorize the Director of Aviation to sign the contract contingent upon the contractor providing both a labor and material bond and a performance bond as required by the contract documents; staff recommends award to Benchmark Contracting, Inc. dba Cobblestone Construction (Benden Parker, President), the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; or take other action as appropriate.
