Ratify the grant application submitted to the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) under the Consolidated Appropriation Act, 2023 [P.L. 117-328] in the amount of $1,576,000 to fund the Clark County District Attorney's Office to replace and update its case management system, thereby reducing caseloads to manageable levels by updating its information technology, thereby unifying, and automating processes that currently must be performed manually; accept funding and authorize the Director to sign any additional grant documents related thereto and accept any funds awarded. (For possible action)
