Approve and authorize the Chair to sign a licensure agreement for advertising between Clark County, National Football League and the Las Vegas Super Bowl LVIII Host Committee to allow advertising within the County's right-of-way as part of the Super Bowl special event; and authorize the Director of Public Works to negotiate and sign licensure agreement(s) for advertising between Clark County, Las Vegas Super Bowl LVIII Host Committee, Wynn Las Vegas, LLC, and/or Venetian Propco, LLC, if necessary. (For possible action)
