Ratify the grant submission of the grant application by the Clark County Office of Appointed Counsel for the Title IV-E Reimbursement Program for Legal Services; ratify the acceptance of the Grant in the amount of $3,175,913.00 for support of child welfare legal services from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024; authorize the Director or his designee to award documents as necessary; and accept any funds awarded.
