Approve and authorize the Chair or his designee to sign Amendment 2 to the Interlocal License Agreement (License) between Clark County, Regional Transportation Commission (RTC), and Regional Flood Control District (RFCD) for use of the 1st floor of the RTC/RFCD building located at 600 South Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, NV, providing five (5) additional two (2) year options to extend the License beyond August 1, 2025, and authorize the Director of Real Property Management or their designee to sign any other necessary documents related to management of the License. (For possible action)
