- Consideration and possible action re: Renewal of a Professional Services Contract with Sevon Consulting, LLC, on an as-needed hourly basis, at the rate of $75.00 per hour for FY25/26 and $100.00 per hour starting FY26/27, for the provision of services acting as Churchill County's Appointed Counsel Program Coordinator to support its Indigent Defense Services Program, effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, which will automatically renew for one-year terms unless either party delivers notice of their intent not to renew.
