- Consideration and possible action re: Approval to purchase a new fingerprint/palmprint machine from Idemia, at a cost of $19,070, as well as a maintenance agreement at an additional cost of $3,383, for a total cost of $22,453 for the Churchill County Sheriff's Department.
- Consideration and possible action re: Approval of an Agreement for purchase of a Conservation/Restrictive Use Easement with Toby Joe Scoggin, on Assessor's Parcel Numbers 009-131-03 and 009-131-06, totaling 230.0 acres with 86.0 acres of water rights.
- Bureau of Land Management's notification of the completion of a Preliminary Environmental Assessment for the October 2025 Competitive Geothermal Lease Sale.
