Woodman, Esq., in the amount of $96,000 for FY27, $105,600 in FY28, and $116,160 in FY29 for Indigent Legal Services and in the amount of $48,000 for FY27, $52,800 for FY28, and $58,080 for FY29 for Representation of Individuals in NRS 432B, Juvenile Temporary Protection Order Cases and Guardianship Cases, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms at the payment and on the same terms and conditions as set forth herein.
- Consideration and possible action re: Approval of an Interstate Interlocal Contract between the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Welfare and Supportive Services, and the Tenth Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada, in and for Churchill County, for the provision of a Child Support Judicial Officer for the Child Support Enforcement Program.
- Consideration and possible action re: Resolution 4-2026, Resolution Authorizing an Election to Impose an Additional Levy of Taxes Ad Valorem for the Purpose of Providing Funding for the Purchase of Major Fire Equipment and Apparatus, including approval of the question language to be presented to the voters.
- Bureau of Land Management's notification of the draft Environmental Impact Statement and issued a Record of Decision and an Amendment to the Plan of Operations approval for the Silver Peak Lithium Operation Project.
